NEW CIVIL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES COMING TO DAGSBORO, DE To better serve the growing Delmarva region’s site development, general construction, and water and wastewater needs, H&K is excited to announce the launch of a new Civil Construction Services Office at our existing Dagsboro, DE facility. Since 2004, we have successfully operated Dagsboro Stone Depot and the associated River Asphalt facility at this strategic southern Delaware location. Building on continued market growth, we are now expanding to vertically integrate these established materials operations with our proven civil construction services. The new Dagsboro Civil Construction Office is expected to be operational and bidding projects by late Summer 2025.
