Established in 1964, Tidewater operates a combination of wells and water plants throughout its service area, which extends from lower New Castle County in the north of Delaware to Sussex County near the state's southern border with Maryland.

We provide consistently high-quality, reliable water and we do so economically. Our customers pay about a penny for each gallon of water they receive from Artesian.
